The March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction 2015
It's time once again to get your tickets for the Signature Chefs Auction in Lake Ozark, MO. Your favorite seafood restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks will be represented, along with many other incredible local restaurants. JB Hook's is very proud to be a part of this wonderful event. It is an evening of the most exquisite dishes you have ever tasted combined with a lovely night out, all while raising awareness and money for the March of Dimes.
The March of Dimes is an organization that is dedicated to healthy pregnancies and to giving every baby a healthy start. It focuses on preventing birth defects and infant mortality. One main problem area that they target is premature births. November is Prematurity Awareness Month, and these Signature Chefs Auctions are taking place nationwide to go along with that. 500,000 babies are born too soon each year, but events like this raise much needed funds for research and prevention.
This year's lineup of restaurants offering their culinary talents is very impressive. Talented chefs will be creating specialized edible delights for those in attendance. More may be added before November 11, but so far, the participating restaurants are:
