January offered residents and visitors to the Lake an event here and there, but this February is filled with a bit more excitement.   JB Hook's is located in a perfect spot to be close enough to these events to be a great starting point before you head out to them.  Here are a few fun things happening in the lake area in the coming month. Gangster's Ball - February 5 & 6 Everyone is encouraged to dress in period attire to attend this 1930's era gangster style speakeasy performance.  A talented troupe will entertain the crowd with singing, dancing, and a look into the lives of some exciting characters.  The show begins at 8 pm each night in the Kinderhook event center at Camden on the Lake.
