Our Lake of the Ozarks steak and seafood restaurant has perfected many different recipes for a wide variety of delicious foods. One of the things that JB Hook's is best known for is serving up the most mouthwatering steaks in the area. Every steak we serve is hand-carved, USDA choice or above, and aged a minimum of 21 days. Why Eat Red Meat?
While some may try to discourage you from eating red meat, it does have a place in a healthy diet. Steak contains many beneficial nutrients that are good for you. It is a wonderful source of protein, provides heme iron, which is easily absorbed by the body, and it's very high in B12.
