A 6-oz filet mignon topped with tender bits of lump crab and shrimp, then finished with asparagus spears and béarnaise sauce.
Hook's Tournados
Two 3-oz tenderloin medallions charbroiled and finished with sautéed mushrooms, lump crab, and bearnaise sauce.
Steak and Alaskan King Crab Legs
One pound of Alaskan King Crab Legs steamed in spices, served with drawn butter, and paired with a 6-oz chargrilled filet.
Steak and Australian Lobster Tail
One pound North Australian lobster tail served with a 6-oz filet mignon.

The term "Surf 'N' Turf" seems to have been introduced in the 1960's. If you are unfamiliar with what that is, it's very simple. The "Surf" portion refers to our delicious seafood items that once lived life in the water. "Turf" is food that is generally classified as a grass-fed land animal, most typically steak.
Put those two things together and the result is a delicious meal full of the best flavors imaginable, especially when it's coming out of our kitchen! Here are the different ways that we put the pair together at JB Hook's.
SURF 'N' TURF MENU
All of our steaks are hand-carved, USDA choice or above and aged a minimum of 21 days. Our seafood is the freshest and most delicious in the lake area. Each entree below is served with your choice of salad (Caesar, Greek, Gregory's, or BLT Wedge) or soup (French Onion, Salmon Busque, or Soup Du Jour) and a savory side dish (Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Baked Potato, Amaretto Carrots, New Orleans Rice, or Vegetable Du Jour.)

Valentine's Day Surf 'N' Turf
There is actually a Surf 'N' Turf Day on the calendar, but it only happens once every four years because it falls on Leap Day, February 29th! This February we will be featuring a Surf 'N' Turf combo for another holiday instead - Valentine's Day! On Wednesday, February 14, 2018, we will be offering a romantic dinner for two that will include:
- Steak and Lobster Dinner for 2
- A rose for the lady
- A chocolate-covered strawberry for each
- A complimentary glass of champagne per person
