Most everyone knows that seafood is a nutrient rich food that is a good source of protein, vitamins and minerals. Seafood is also the main food source for the long-chain omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA. But today JB Hooks would like to share some fun facts you may not know about some of the seafood we serve at the best fine dining restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks . Shrimp Humans aren't the only ones that enjoy eating shrimp. Fish, crabs, sea urchins, whales, and dolphins all depend on shrimp for a considerable portion of their diet.
