Black 'N Bleu
Filet of beef sirloin, blackened, sliced and served over fettuccine in a garlic cream sauce and topped with bleu cheese crumbles.
Pasta Primavera
Onions, peppers, mushrooms, and asparagus tossed in a classic rose sauce with herbs over fettuccine.
DINNER
Lobster PastaSlipper lobster tails sautéed with Crimini mushrooms, asparagus, and fresh basil tossed with penne pasta in a garlic cream marinara.
Fettuccine Alfredo
Fettuccine pasta tossed in a classic cream, butter, garlic, and parmesan cheese sauce.
Pasta Primavera
Sautéed onion, pepper, mushroom, and asparagus, tossed over penne pasta in a rose sauce.
Black 'N Bleu
Beef tenderloin tips blackened and served over fettuccine and topped with bleu cheese crumbles.
Tutto Mare
Shrimp, clams, crab, scallops, mussels, and mushrooms in a creamy white wine garlic sauce, finished with tomatoes and parmesan cheese and served over capellini.
Tuscan Scallop Pasta
Dayboat Scallops, pan-seared with asparagus, peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms in a pesto-cream sauce served over capellini.
Popular Types of Noodles
Penne
This pasta is tube-shaped and has a recognizable diagonal cut on both ends.
Cappellini
This is a thin pasta similar to angel hair pasta, like what you may use with spaghetti.
Shells
Just like their name, this pasta looks like seashells. They come in several sizes, some large enough to stuff!
Fettuccine
This pasta is made in flat ribbons and is a sturdy pasta that can hold up to a lot of sauce and toppings.
Farfalle
This pasta also has the nickname of "Bowtie Pasta" because it looks just like a bowtie.
Gnocchi
Gnocchi is almost like small dumplings that are made from flour, egg, and potato.
