The annual Lake Lifestyles "Best of the Lake" survey has completed round one, and JB Hook's is a finalist in 4 categories! Thank you so very much to everyone that voted for us. You have until 5 pm on Monday, February 29, 2016 to get your votes in and officially make JB Hook's #1.

JB Hook's has been well-known for many years by both local residents and seasonal visitors alike as having the best seafood at the Lake of the Ozarks. Our menu starts out with an amazing shrimp and oyster bar, and the seafood theme is continued throughout the rest of our menu.
You will find a wonderful variety of seafood items prepared daily by our incredible chefs. We put our own spin on many classic meals, plus you will experience many signature dishes that are specially created for our Lake of the Ozarks restaurant.
Best Fine Dining
In addition to our savory seafood, our menu offers numerous gourmet dishes like our Surf 'N Turf options, plus pasta, poultry, and pork. We will discuss our appetizers in just a bit, and the desserts that we create are simply irresistible.
We have a fully stocked bar and bartenders that are experts at their craft. We offer signature cocktails, after-dinner drinks, an impressive wine list, and our very own homemade red and white sangria.
In addition to the delicious food and drinks, the luxurious atmosphere at JB Hook's simply cannot be beat. Every seat in the house can enjoy our 14-mile panoramic lake view. A sunset over the Lake of the Ozarks is a sight that everyone should experience more than once.
Best Happy Hour
Our Happy Hour happens 6 days a week, and after joining us a couple of times, you are sure to see many of the same friendly faces. It is a popular, friendly hangout for many. It takes place every Monday-Friday from 3-8 pm, and on Sundays from 2-7 pm.
Our specials include buy-1-get-1-free well drinks, house wine, and homemade sangria, and also our amazing half-price appetizer menu. On Tuesday and Friday evenings between 5:30-8 pm you can enjoy the talented Micheal V., and on Sundays from 2-5 pm he is joined by the wonderful Cheryl Lynn.
Best Appetizers
We have the most delicious appetizers at the Lake of the Ozarks, and everyone is especially fond of those that we feature on our half-price appetizer menu during Happy Hour in the bar. Crunchy Grouper Fingers, Ahi Tuna Tacos, and Irish Crostini's are just a few of our most popular items.
