Labor Day Weekend - Food, Friends, & Fireworks
It's holiday weekend time again! We are expecting great weather, lots of visitors to the Lake, and plenty of excitement all weekend long. At least part of your Labor Day weekend should be spent at the best seafood restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks. We have all of your favorite dishes on our menu, an incredible view of the Labor Day fireworks, and the Lake of the Ozarks' best Happy Hour with drinks, food, and live entertainment.

Fireworks are a great end to a day full of fun. They were invented in China, and the earliest documentation of them is from the 7th century. Fireworks were believed to scare away evil spirits from celebrations and bring about luck and happiness. We still use them for many festive events, and they definitely seem to make people happy. JB Hook's amazing 14-mile panoramic view allows our customers to see many of the local displays right from their table. We like to turn the lights down low when the begin and enjoy the show.
Hang out at Happy Hour.
We were recently dubbed the most "Happenin' Happy Hour" by Kansas City's 435 Magazine. You will have the chance to enjoy our Happy Hour twice over Labor Day weekend: Friday from 3-7 pm and Sunday from 2-6 pm. It features an extensive half-price appetizer menu, including Crunchy Grouper Fingers and French Dip Sliders. All of the well drinks, house wine, and our delicious house-made Sangria are buy-1-get-1. The fabulous Mike V will be performing in the bar area on Friday from 5:30-8 pm, and also on Sunday with the amazing Cheryl Lynn from 2-5 pm. Great food, amazing drinks, incredible specials, and talented musicians. Definitely a wonderful time that you will make you happy.

We have the best food at the Lake of the Ozarks because our chefs take pride in every dish that they create. You can start out with an appetizer or something from our savory shrimp and oyster bar, follow that with a little Surf 'N Turf like our incredible Steak and Australian Lobster Tail, and then finish it up with one of our tasty dessert selections. Make sure that you save some room!
