Filet of beef charbroiled served with lump crab and shrimp, finished with grilled asparagus spears béarnaise sauce

6oz beef tenderloin charbroiled and finished with lump crab, mushrooms and bearnaise

Shrimp, clams, crab, scallops, mussels and mushrooms in A creamy white wine garlic sauce finished with tomatoes and Parmesan cheese serves over capellini

Chicken breast pan seared and served over garlic mashed potatoes and finished with a mushroom Marsala wine reduction
