It's time once again for the March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction in Lake Ozark on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 , and your favorite steak & seafood restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks is proud to be a part of this delicious evening. This wonderful organization is able to raise some much-needed funds for their cause, and you get an incredible night out featuring the tastiest dishes that the lake area has to offer.  Our Event Menu All of us at JB Hook's look forward to this amazing event every year. This time around our table will feature some creative culinary delights that you definitely do not want to miss out on. Chef Ferguson has come up with an incredible menu that will include Italian Breaded Salmon stuffed with Scallop Mousse and finished with an Amaretto Cream Sauce . The best seafood restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks is excited to announce that we are once again supporting the March of Dimes by participating in the upcoming Signature Chefs Auction event at the Lodge of Four Seasons.  This event is an evening of culinary excellence, and JB Hook's will be showcasing some of it's finest menu items.   The event occurs on Wednesday, November 9th starting at 5:30pm and will showcase one of the best silent and live auctions of the year.  This can't miss event is attended by hundreds of people, and the money raised will improve the lives of countless premature babies, along with helping their families.
