APPETIZERS

The items on our lunch appetizer menu make a delicious beginning to any meal and they are even excellent to dine on as your main dish.

Stuffed Mushrooms
Large mushroom caps stuffed with spinach, lump crab, and herb cream cheese baked to a golden brown.

Hook's Famous Crunchy Fingers
Delicate, flaky, sustainable Pacific white fish rolled in frosted flakes and fried to a golden brown, drizzled with honey, and served with raspberry chipotle sauce.

Crab Rangoon
Stuffed with crabmeat and seasoned cream cheese.

Applewood Smoked Wings
Smoked in house and served 
by the dozen or half-dozen with choice of sauces.

Traditional Steak Bites
Filet mignon tips with red onions and peppers, marinated and grilled.

Seared Ahi Tuna
Your choice of grilled, pan seared, black & white sesame seed encrusted, or blackened. Served with wasabi and sushi ginger.




SALADS and SOUPS

All of our soups and lunch salads are served with Lavosh crackers and smoked tomato fresh basil cream cheese. The salad add-ons listed below can be added to any of our salads, and all soups are available in either a cup or a bowl. 

Hook's Combo
Enjoy one of JB Hook's delicious salads, a cup of homemade soup, or a half-size Pecan Pineapple Chicken Salad Sandwich. 

BLT Wedge Salad
2 quarter heads of lettuce topped with bleu cheese dressing, bleu cheese crumbles, Applewood smoked bacon and tomatoes.

Mayfair House Salad
A succulent blend of vegetables and anchovies in creamy dressing served with Romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, and croutons.

Greek Salad
Romaine lettuce tossed in balsamic vinaigrette topped with tomato, red onion, Kalamata olive, and feta cheese.

Chef Salad
Romaine and iceberg lettuce, tomato, avocado, bacon bits, thin sliced turkey, ham, hard boiled egg and bleu cheese crumbles with our house dressing and diced grilled chicken.

Gregory's Salad
Romaine and iceberg lettuce tossed with artichoke hearts, tomatoes, pepperoncini's, red pepper, red onion, provolone, parmesan cheese, croutons, and house dressing.

Gregory's Cobb Salad
Romaine and iceberg lettuce, tomato, avocado, bacon bits, hard boiled egg, and bleu cheese crumbles with our house dressing and diced grilled chicken.

Soup Du Jour
Our chef creates a featured soup each day. Your server can tell you what that particular day's choice is.

Salmon Bisque
Tender bits of salmon and red onion pureed in a rich and creamy soup with a splash of Anisette.

French Onion
Caramelized onions in house-made beef stock with bay leaves and a touch of sherry, topped with a crouton and melted Swiss cheese.



SHRIMP & OYSTER BAR

These taste-tempting treats are prepared while you watch at our beautiful piano bar. Be warned, they produce extremely appealing aromas before you get a chance to sink your teeth in!

Oysters on the Half Shell
Succulent Blue Point oysters served with cocktail sauce and horseradish. Order them by the dozen or half-dozen.

Steamed Little Neck Clams
Prince Edward Island clams steamed in garlic, butter, white wine, and lemon.


Steamed Blue Mussels
Prince Edward Island mussels steamed in garlic, butter, white wine, and lemon.

New Orleans BBQ Shrimp
Sautéed with beer, garlic, and Cajun Spices.


Peel 'n' Eat Shrimp
Served chilled over shaved ice with cocktail sauce and horseradish. Order them by the pound or half-pound.


Garlic Shrimp
Sautéed in butter, garlic, and white wine and finished with a hint of lemon.


Shrimp Cocktail
Served chilled in a martini glass with cocktail sauce and horseradish.




LUNCH ENTREES

Our lunch entrees are served with your choice of  a side dish- Sweet Potato Fries, French Fries, Homemade Chips, Coleslaw or Pasta Salad. 

Sirloin Bleu
A 6-ounce cut sirloin charbroiled and topped with melted bleu cheese and tobacco onions.


Ahi Tuna Steak
Fresh Ahi tuna pan-seared, blackened, or grilled to your liking.

Mahi Po Boy
Deep-fried Mahi-Mahi served on a Hawaiian sub roll with lettuce, tomato, and Hook's Signature Bam Bam sauce.

Fish & Chips
Your choice of cornmeal breaded catfish or beer battered cod. Served with house-made coleslaw and jalapeno hush puppies.

Grilled Chicken Club
Grilled chicken piled high on wheatberry bread with lettuce, Applewood smoked bacon, tomato, onions, avocados, and Swiss cheese served with honey mustard.


French Dip
Thinly sliced slow-roasted beef with house-made au jus served on a Hawaiian sub roll.


Bruce's Panama Wrap
Grilled diced chicken breast tossed with Romaine lettuce, tomato, feta cheese, Kalamata olive, bacon crumbles, and Greek dressing served in a sun-dried tomato basil wrap.

Bam Bam Shrimp Wrap
Lightly battered shrimp flash-fried and rolled into a wrap with lettuce, tomato, and a sweet and spicy chipotle sauce.

Fried or Coconut Shrimp
Your choice of seven colossal shrimp, deep fried in our house-made batter or coconut style. Served with cocktail or Jezebel sauce.

Chunks of white chicken tossed with pineapple, celery, red onions, diced red peppers, and mayonnaise served on a bed of lettuce with crackers and finished with toasted pecans.


Buffalo Chicken Wrap
Fried chicken strips tossed in our spicy buffalo sauce and wrapped in a sundried tomato basil wrap with romaine lettuce, Colby Jack cheese, and ranch dressing.

New York Reuben
Slow roasted corned beef, sliced thin and piled high on a toasted rye with Swiss cheese, 1000 island dressing, and sauerkraut.

Black N' Bleu
Filet of beef sirloin, blackened, sliced and served over fettuccine in a garlic cream sauce and topped with Bleu cheese crumbles. 

Pasta Primavera
Onions, peppers, mushrooms, and asparagus tossed in a classic rose sauce with herbs over fettuccine.

Low Carb Carolina
1/2-pound fresh filet and strip loin ground in-house, topped with homemade coleslaw, bacon bits, and drizzled with BBQ sauce. 

Atlantic Salmon du Jour
Sustainably sourced fresh Atlantic salmon, skillfully prepared by our chef.

Hook's House-Made Steakburger
A half-pound of fresh filet strip loin ground in house and served on a Kaiser with lettuce, pickle, onion, and tomato. Additional toppings include:
