From our appetizer menu, you may begin your dinner with Filet Mignon tips with red onion and peppers, marinated and grilled.

A 6-ounce cut sirloin charbroiled then topped with melted bleu cheese and Tobacco onions.

We offer 6 incredible salads on our lunch menu, each served with Lavosh crackers and smoked tomato fresh basil cream cheese. You may choose to have steak bites or one of our other meat toppers added to any salad.

A half-pound of fresh filet strip loin ground in house and served on a Kaiser with lettuce, pickle, onion, and tomato.

Steak For Dinner
JB Hook's dinner service begins nightly at 5:00 pm in our newest addition, the West Wing. All of our steaks are hand-carved, USDA choice or above, aged a minimum of 21 days. Dinners are served with your choice of soup (French Onion, Salmon Bisque, or Soup Du Jour) or salad (Caesar, Greek, Gregory's, or BLT Wedge) and one side dish. Side dishes include Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Baked Potato, Amaretto Carrots, Vegetable Du Jour, and New Orleans Rice.

A 6-ounce filet pepper-encrusted and topped with caramelized red onion and bacon, finished with hollandaise.

Two 3-ounce tenderloin medallions charbroiled and finished with sautéed mushrooms, lump crab, and bearnaise.
