With any main entrée, you will also have a choice of salad or soup, plus a side dish.
Osso Bucco
Pork shank, slow roasted and served over buttery garlic mashed potatoes, finished with sautéed mushrooms in a Madeira and Port wine reduction
Chicken Oscar
Sautéed in white wine, lemon with lump crab and asparagus topped with béarnaise sauce
Stuffed Chicken Chardonnay
Stuffed with cream cheese, and crabmeat breaded, flash fried and baked to golden brown topped with Chardonnay cream sauce
Veal Piccata
10 oz thick cut Veal chop, pan seared and served over capellini in a light caper bearer blanc
Veal Marsala
10 oz thick cut Veal chop, pan seared served over garlic mashed potatoes and finished with Marsala wine reduction
Salad Selections - Caesar, Greek, Gregory's salad or Classic BLT Wedge Salad.
Soup Selections - French Onion, Salmon Bisque or Soup Du Jour.
