BLT Wedge Salad
Quarter head of lettuce, topped with bleu cheese dressing, bleu cheese crumbles, Applewood smoked bacon, and tomatoes.
Gregory's Cobb Salad
Romaine and iceburg lettuce, tomato, avocado, bacon bits, hard boiled egg, and bleu cheese crumbles with our house dressing and diced grilled chicken.
Chef Salad
Romaine and iceburg lettuce, tomato, avocado, bacon bits, thin-sliced turkey, ham, hard boiled egg, and bleu cheese crumbles with our house dressing and diced grilled chicken.
Grilled Chicken Club
Grilled chicken, piled high on wheatberry bread with lettuce, Applewood smoked bacon, tomato, onions, avocados, and Swiss cheese served with honey mustard.
Bruce's Panama Wrap
Grilled, diced chicken breast tossed with Romaine lettuce, tomato, feta cheese, kalamata olives, bacon crumbles, and Greek dressing, served in a sun-dried tomato basil wrap.
Buffalo Chicken Wrap
Fried chicken strips, tossed in our spicy buffalo sauce and placed in a sun-dried tomato basil wrap with romaine lettuce, Colby Jack cheese, and ranch dressing.
Pecan & Pineapple Chicken Salad
Chunks of white chicken tossed with pineapple, celery, red onions, diced red peppers, and mayonnaise, then served on a bed of lettuce with crackers and finished with toasted pecans.
For Dinner
Dinner service starts every night at 5:00 p.m. Many nights, you can also enjoy the musical talent of several live musicians from 5:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Check our music schedule here to see who is performing tonight!
Pork Tenderloin
Grilled pork tenderloin medallions topped with a blueberry and peach reduction.
Osso Bucco
Slow-roasted pork shank, served over buttery garlic mashed potatoes and finished with sauteed mushrooms in a Madeira and Port wine reduction.

Chicken Gregory
Sauteed with mushrooms, onions, and red bell peppers in a classic garlic, white wine, butter supreme sauce and topped with Swiss cheese.
Chicken Oscar
Sauteed in white wine and lemon with lump crab and asparagus, topped with Bearnaise sauce.
Stuffed Chicken Chardonnay
Stuffed with cream cheese and crabmeat, then breaded, flash-fried, and baked to a golden brown, topped with a Chardonnay cream sauce.
