Host All of Your Holiday Events at JB Hook's
Now that we have entered the month of November, it's time to start thinking about holiday plans. Thanksgiving will be here before you know it, and Christmas and New Year's Eve quickly follow. If you're the person in charge of planning a holiday gathering, consider hosting your celebration at JB Hook's. We have 2 private rooms that are both perfect special event venues at the Lake of the Ozarks.
The Garden Room
The Garden Room is an enclosed area adjacent to our main dining room. Even though you are separated from the main dining room, large picture windows give the space a very open feeling. That amazing 14-mile panoramic view of the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks is present through every window. The Garden Room is a perfect spot for special events and dinner parties of up to 30 guests.
The Sunset Room
The Sunset Room offers more space and can host up to 70 guests. It is located just off of the piano bar. Three walls of glass enclose this private area, showcasing that breathtaking lake view brilliantly. There is a gorgeous abalone-tiled fireplace to keep the room cozy, plus a private bar and bartender to take care of your party guests. Tables can be arranged in a variety of ways, allowing multiple possibilities for the layout of your special event.
Additional Options
If you are hosting a smaller gathering and do not require a private room, JB Hook's has some wonderful additional options for you. Our spacious dining room provides a gorgeous setting for a get-together with friends. Simply let us know of any special requests that you have when you make your reservation and we will do our best to accommodate them.
The piano bar is also a wonderful spot to meet up with friends. If you time your event to line up with our amazing Happy Hour, then you will be able to take advantage of our excellent drink specials and a long list of half-price appetizers. Every Monday-Saturday in the bar area we also feature talented musicians from 5:30-8:30 pm, so if your party is scheduled for that time it will have free entertainment too! Please be aware that smoking is allowed in our bar area, but the remainder of the restaurant is smoke-free.
