You will find an array of incredible cuisine in our entree selections for lunch, but today we are focusing on our hearty soups and salads.
JB Hook's always uses the freshest ingredients and our own special recipes. Our soup and salad selections are an excellent choice for an afternoon meal. Combine these delicious choices with the breathtaking lake view, and you have the makings of a very special lunch.
SOUPS
French Onion
Caramelized onions in a beef and chicken broth with bay leaves and a touch of sherry, topped with croutons and melted Swiss cheese.
Salmon Bisque
Tender smoked bits of North Atlantic Salmon in a rich and creamy broth.

All of our soups are offered in either a cup or a bowl. They pair nicely with our salads and are an excellent starter before an entree. We serve our soups with Lavosh crackers and smoked tomato fresh basil cream cheese.

JB Hook's salads are fresh, crisp, and delicious. They are also served with Lavosh crackers and smoked tomato fresh basil cream cheese. You may add Ahi tuna, Grouper, Salmon, Mahi-Mahi, Shrimp, or Chicken to any of our salads.

Romaine lettuce tossed in balsamic vinaigrette, topped with red onion, kalamata olives and feta cheese.
BLT Wedge Salad
Quarter head iceberg lettuce topped with bleu cheese dressing, bleu cheese crumbles, tomato and bacon.
