Sauteed with beer, garlic and Cajun Spices

Shrimp Cocktail
Served chilled, in a martini glass with cocktail sauce and horseradish

Garlic Shrimp
sauteed in butter, garlic, white wine and finished with a hint of lemon

Peel 'N Eat Shrimp
Served chilled over shaved ice with cocktail sauce & horseradish.  Available by the dozen or half dozen.

Oysters on the Half Shell
East coast succulent oysters served with cocktail sauce and horseradish.  Available by the dozen or half dozen.

Steamed Blue Mussels
Prince Edward Island mussels steamed in garlic, butter, white wine & lemon.

Steamed Littleneck Clams
Prince Edward Island clams steamed in garlic, butter, white wine & lemon.
