JB Hook's already had the best seafood at the Lake of the Ozarks. We've taken it to the next level with our incredible sushi rolls that are professionally prepared by Chef Jordan Bailey. He is great at creating beautiful, flavorful rolls that wow our guests on a regular basis. Just take a look at this special roll he created for our special guests this past Valentine's Day!

California Roll
Crab, cucumber, and avocado. Rolled in toasted sesame seeds.
Fried Shrimp Roll
Shrimp, cucumber, and avocado. Rolled in toasted sesame seeds.
Spicy Roll
Choice of tuna, salmon, shrimp, or pangasi with scallions, cucumber, jalapeno, spicy mayo, and sashimi pepper.
Vegetarian Roll
Cucumber, scallions, asparagus, and avocado.
(Our unconventional Western Roll)
Western Roll
Fried potatoes, asparagus, and scallions. Topped with steak strips, sriracha, sesame seeds, and a side of wasabi mayo.
Bagnell Roll
Tuna, cucumber, mango, and bell pepper. Rolled and topped with salmon, cilantro, and avocado.
Dam Roll
Salmon, avocado, and jalapeno. Rolled and topped with tobikko in a dill aioli sauce.
Chef's Choice Roll
Let our chef prepare a custom roll with you, not featured on our menu. Feel free to suggest your favorite ingredients!
